Request Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from YuvaSankalpa, please follow the instructions below.

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your personal information, membership data, and uploaded documents will be permanently removed from our systems.

How to Request Data Deletion

Send Email Request

Send us an email with the following information:

Subject: Data Deletion Request - YuvaSankalpa
Your Registered Phone Number
Your Full Name (as registered in the app)
Reason for deletion (optional)

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon successful verification, we will permanently delete:

Your personal profile information
Phone number and contact details
Membership registration data
Constituency and booth information
Uploaded Voter ID images
Member photograph
All usage history and activity logs
Any other associated data in our systems

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are typically processed within 7-10 business days after verification. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been completely removed from our systems.

Verification Process

To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized deletion requests, we may:

Contact you for additional verification
Request confirmation via your registered phone number
Verify your identity through security questions
